American Century Sell All Their HLS Shares

In a letter dates 10 January and just received by SHAC American Century have confirmed that they have sold all their 90,000 shares in Huntingdon Life Sciences (LSR). This is another financial blow for Huntingdon.

So desperate to prop up the share price and to stop people trading when it suitsare Huntingdon, they have been setting the bid and ask prices of their shares at bid $5 and ask $15 and at one point was seen as bid price 0.01 cents and ask price at $100 which means no one is going to trade their shares. Huntingdon have done this several times recently when a shareholder has offloaded shares and HLS were panicking that their share price would crash.

You have to remember that the bid and ask price are meant to closely match each other- for example if the bid price was $11.25 for example the ask price would be about $11.65.

How it can be legal to have a bid price of 0.01 cents and an ask price of 100 hundred dollars is beyond belief. Still the UK and US governments are so desperate to keep HLS open they have often turned a blind eye to Huntingdon's criminal behaviour.

What a sure sign that we are on track and just what a mess Huntingdon are in financially.
