| Protestors Take Aim at Home of PDP Director

Fired up from the protest earlier that day two dozen activists took their disgust for HLS to the home of Jeffery Yablon, a director to PDP couriers. PDP couriers provides Huntingdon Life Sciences with its logistical systems. Simply put, no supplies to HLS means no complete projects, no surgical instruments means no butchered animals, falsified data, or sloppy science. Targeting PDP is taking aim at HLSâ ability to kill 500 animals a day.Jeffery Yablon is the only US employee of 30 something employees to UK based PDP. His home at 5 Whispering Fields Drive doubles as an at home office to process orders for PDP. This loud and boisterous demonstration was the 3rd this summer against Jeffery Yablon and each has ratcheted up in intensity. This time Yablons came home in the middle of the demonstration and attacked the demonstrators where they lined up at street side. One demonstrator was physically assaulted by Jeffery and had to be treated by emergency medical technicians. This altercation precipitated the arrest of Jeffery Yablon on a charge of harassment and the arrest of one activist on a charge of trespass.If Jeffery was not already public enemy #1 with local animal rights activists he sure has pissed off an entire community.
